Ideal for use with our very popular Snow Ploughs. A simple “hitch and
grit” towable gritter. Designed for use only with free flowing ice
melts. We recommend dried high purity white salt to BS3247
available in 25kg bags. Grit, road rock salt or wet salt is not
suitable. This towable salt
spreader has no wires or hoses to connect with a wheel driven salt
spinner. More road speed = wider gritter spread. A gritter
reduces the risks of injuries and subsequent claims from slipping on
ice. This towable salt spreader that can be towed by almost any type of
vehicle, e.g. Forklift, ATV,
4 x 4 or Quad Bike for spreading salt, seeds and fertilisers. |
