PLEASE NOTE: The TG-180 IS NOT A FERTILIZER SPREADER, it is a purpose
built salt spreader towable by almost any vehicle e.g. forklifts, ATV, 4
x 4 , cars, Quad Bikes............
Designed for use only with DRY salts sold specifically for this type of
spreader.
We recommend dried high purity White Marine Salt to BS 3247 available in
25 Kg bags
Brown Rock Salt, Grit, Salt/Grit or wet salts will not spread as
efficiently. |
Standard features essential for safe, controlled and efficient salt
spreading are:
- Internal hopper agitator specifically designed for salt
- Grading grid/safety guard inside hopper
- Spread Limiter/Deflector – essential for safety and control
- Unique spinner disengage lever – reduces wear, clogging and
skidding
- Heavy duty industrial axle driven spinner means no wires or
hoses to connect.
- Road legal large quad bike tyres for best traction
- Massive spread width, adjustable 2-15 mtrs
- Adjustable spread direction: Left, right or 180 degrees behind
- Adjustable flow rate
- Caravan style 50 mm ball hitch as standard

Optional Extras
- Non standard hitch adaptors manufactured to fit towing vehicle
(replaces caravan hitch)
- Elasticated PVC Hopper Cover to keep salt dry and free flowing
- Road light kit: Consists of trailer lighting board and bracket
- Mud Guards c/w brackets to allow Legal Road Use (max 10 mph)

REVERSIBLE SNOW PLOUGH
CLEARS SNOW BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT!
- SAFETY- Impact protection – flexible, bolted on polyethylene dish
protects the operator, forklift, plough and surface.
- VERSATILITY – clear snow to the left or right by simply turning
over.
- DURABILITY – galvanised fixed angle body with zinc plated “T” bolts.
- EFFICIENCY– snow flows off polyethylene better than steel.
- FLEXIBILITY– polyethylene dish will not become permanently bent upon
impact.
- RELIABILITY– dish is reversible, replaceable and will never rust.
- Dish nominal 450 mm high x 20 mm thick x 1500, 1750 and 2000 mm
widths.
- Dish widths up to 5000 mm available on extra wide frames.
- Wide fork pockets accept up to 150 x 65 mm section forks.
- Lightweight – so simple to fit and secure, 1500 mm wide only 70 kgs!
- Minimum gap required between forks – 450 mm.
